CERVIS uses Profile Notification Banners as a form of at-a-glance alerts found at the top of various profile management pages. They are designed to assist you and your administrative team in easily recognizing users with various settings applied.
These yellow notification banners can be found on the top of the Volunteer Management, Volunteer Profile Details, and Update Volunteer Information pages. These alerts indicate users who meet the following criteria:
- This alert indicates Leadership Team profiles that have been restricted to only access the Volunteers & Opportunities assigned under selected Interest Categories
This setting can be located and/or edited on the Leadership Team user’s profile by clicking Update/Edit Profile (). Scroll down to Grant access to Volunteers and Opportunities assigned under these selected interest categories. Left blank (with no Interest Categories selected) will allow for full access to all volunteers and opportunities and will remove this alert. Learn more about Access Levels & Permissions in your system HERE. (Note that this setting will only appear for users who have already been assigned with ‘Leadership Team’ level access.)
- This alert indicates Volunteer profiles that have their Volunteer Status set to 'Inactive'.
Learn more about the Inactive Volunteer Status HERE
These alerts are not visible to volunteers and can only be seen on the administrative side.
