Print Mailing Address Labels

Print Mailing Address Labels is an option in your system designed to save you time. You can utilize this feature in several ways. Below are step-by-step instructions to quickly and easily download and print labels using Avery #5160 or compatible labels.

• For mailing addresses of your ENTIRE DATABASE:

1. Log in to your CERVIS account.
2. Click on the Search/Manage Volunteer Database link under the "Volunteer Management" section of the Main Dashboard.
3. With nothing in the search bar, click on the Search Volunteer Database button.
4. This action will produce a listing of your entire database. To select all, check the box in the top header.
5. From the Volunteer Management Bulk Actions dropdown, choose the Download Volunter Address Labels option and click the corresponding button. This will instantly download a document with addresses formatted as mailing labels. 

• For mailing addresses from MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Log in to your CERVIS account.
2. Click on the Search/Manage Existing Opportunities  link under the "Opportunity Management" section of the Main Dashboard.
3. Type in the name/keyword of the opportunities you are looking for or use the Advanced Search to filter and search for specific opportunities.
4. Select desired event(s) from listing or select all by checking the box in the top header.
5. From the Opportunity Management Bulk Actions dropdown, choose the View Registered Volunteers / Groups option and click the corresponding button.
6. This action will take you to a listing of all registered volunteers. To select all, check the box in the top header.
7. From the Volunteer Management Bulk Actions dropdown, choose the Download Volunter Address Labels option and click the corresponding button.
8. This will instantly download a document with addresses formatted as mailing labels. 

• For mailing addresses from certain INTEREST CATEGORIES:

1. Log in to your CERVIS account.
2. Click on the Advanced Search link under the "Volunteer Management" section of the Main Dashboard.
3. Click to expand the Volunteer Interest Category Options section.
4. Use the Find Volunteers that match Any/All of these selected categories: option. Click on the blue down arrow to expand the section.
5. Select any desired Interest Categories.
6. Click the Search Volunteer Database button.
7. This action will produce a listing based on the search parameters. To select all, check the box in the top header.
8. From the Volunteer Management Bulk Actions dropdown, choose the Download Volunter Address Labels option and click the corresponding button.
9. This will instantly download a document with addresses formatted as mailing labels.
