As a user, on the Opportunity Management Dashboard, you can use the Calendar View feature to visualize opportunities in a calendar format. This functionality is accessible to Administrators, Leadership Team*, and users designated as Event Organizers for specific opportunities. Opting for the Calendar View provides a convenient way to see opportunities organized and displayed chronologically.
*Restricted Leadership Team users will only be able to see the opportunities that they have access to based on the access permissions you have applied to their profile.
Clicking on the 
Using the Calendar View also contains these options:
- Take several quick actions on your events by clicking on the name of an event in the calendar view. Then a drop-down will appear with options to manage registrations, manage the event information, or export to your own calendar.
- Easily navigate to the current, previous, or upcoming month using the Displayed Month and Displayed Year dropdown. Quickly return to the current month by clicking on the Return to the Current Month icon (
)
- Click on the Include Registration Detail icon (
) to display the names (last name, first name) of registered volunteers for each opportunity listed in the calendar view.
- Conveniently print select weeks or the entire month’s calendar view to post for staff or volunteers to see (This can include the names of registered volunteers using the previous Include Registration Detail function).
Color Key:
- Green means that it is open for registration and that there are still volunteer spots that need to be filled.
- Red means that the opportunities' registration is closed, either because you closed registration or because all of the volunteer spots have been filled.
- Grey lines mean that the opportunity is set as 'No' for the Publish Online field.
- Purple represents a Service Project Activity Schedule for a volunteer.
- Blue means that the opportunity is set to either "Coming Soon" or "Contact Us".
