The Opportunity Management Bulk Actions is a dropdown list found on your Opportunity Management Dashboard. These actions can be taken for one, some, or all of your opportunities.
- View Registered Volunteers / Groups
Displays in the Volunteer Search Result Listing all those who are currently registered for the selected opportunities. Can be filtered for a specific date.
- Send E-mail to Registered Volunteers / Groups
Compose & send e-mail message to all registered volunteers/groups for the selected
opportunities. Can be filtered for a specific date.
- Send Text Messages to Registered Volunteers / Groups
Compose & send text message to all registered volunteers/groups for the selected opportunities. Can be filtered for a specific date.
- View Waitlisted Volunteers
Displays in the Volunteer Search Result Listing all waitlisted volunteers from selected opportunities. Can be filtered for a specific date.
- Send E-mail to Organizer(s)
Compose & send an e-mail message to all listed Organizers for the selected opportunities.
- Review Open Service Project Applications
All associated Service Project Applications from the selected opportunities are displayed for review in the Service Project Application Listing menu.
- Review Pending Event Registration Requests
All associated Pending Event Registration Requests from the selected opportunities are displayed for review in the Pending Event Registration Request Listing menu.
- Update / Edit Selected Opportunities
When multiple opportunities are selected, Bulk Opportunity Update Options are available to choose from. For more information on using Bulk Updates, please refer to our Knowledge Base Article found here: https://support.cervistech.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060633892
When just one opportunity is selected and this option is chosen, you are taken directly to that opportunity’s Update Opportunity page to make any desired changes.
- Update Custom Registrations
Update and assign Custom Registration Questions for any selected opportunities. Note that this action overwrites existing selections.
- Mark ‘No Show’ Volunteer / Groups
Displays a listing of all Volunteers & Groups which have not been signed in for their registered opportunities using the Sign-in Console or Mobile Sign-in. Actions include Mark as 'No Show', Unregister Selected, Sign-in, Send E-mail to Selected, or Manage Selected Volunteers.

Download a printable sign-in sheet that is essentially a roster for the opportunity selected that will include the volunteer’s name, phone number, email address, and any registration notes by default for each event separately. Options to specify additional fields to be included on the sign-in sheet can be edited within each opportunity or as a bulk update.
- Print Combined Sign-in Sheet (CSV)
Download a printable sign-in sheet for multiple events. This spreadsheet will include the sign-in information for multiple events that you can use as a master roster.
- Print Staff Planning Report (CSV)
Produces a spreadsheet summing up how many volunteers are registered at which time and date to help with staff planning to accommodate needs.

Includes certain opportunity and volunteer information about all selected opportunities in one convenient printout. This report includes volunteer T-shirt sizes, ages, number of registrations, attributes, registration source, and participation history.

Download a printable name tag labels document with the specified information included based on the selection. Computer printable name tag labels need to be Avery #5395 or Avery #22822 (or compatible). Computer printable address labels need to be Avery #5160 (or compatible).
- Print Registration Summary (CSV)
Ideal to use when several events are happening all on one day or as part of a week-long event. This report includes certain opportunity and volunteer information about all of them in one convenient printout. Also includes volunteer T-shirt sizes, ages, number of registrations, attributes, registration source, and participation history. Can be filtered for a specific date.
- Duplicate Selected Opportunities
Copies one or more existing opportunities. All opportunity details are copied, but the newly created versions will be indicated by the word COPY in the Opportunity Name. The newly copied event will have its status set to “Open” so if you do not immediately see it, make sure to search for Open opportunities. This does not mean that the new copy will be published immediately, as the Publish Online option will also be set to “No”. No registrations are copied.
- Export Selected Opportunities (CSV)
Export full opportunity details from one or more selected opportunities.
- Show Opportunity File Attachment(s)
Displays any added File Attachments for selected opportunities in the System File Management Dashboard. From here files can be downloaded in bulk or removed from the system as needed.
