How can I change the logo that is displayed at the top of all the pages in my CERVIS account?
To change the organization logo that is displayed at the top of each page, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your CERVIS account.
- Click on the "Edit System Configuration" link under the "System Management" section of the Main Dashboard. Please note, this option will only be available to CERVIS users with the Administrator access level.
- Scroll down to the "System Appearance" section of the system configuration and click to expand it. Update the "URL to Organization Logo:" field with the complete web site URL to the logo that you would like to be displayed. This logo should be 420px X 120px, must be hosted on the internet already, and the URL must start with "https://". You can also update the "URL to Secondary Logo". The secondary logo should be 270px X 120px, must be hosted on the internet already, and the URL must start with "https://". If the URL starts with "http://" instead of "https://", there will be a pop-up warning message each time a page is accessed. The logo can be any web browser supported image type (.jpg, .gif, .png, etc). It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you select image files that are fairly small in size (less than 20KB) because larger image files sizes can greatly increase page loading time.
- Click the "Update Configuration" button to save the configuration.
If your organization has integrated your CERVIS account into an existing web page that already has a logo on it and you do not want a logo to be displayed on your CERVIS pages at all, select yes from the dropdown next to “Hide Logos on iframe Integrated Pages”.
If your organization would like CERVIS to change your logo and host the image file on our servers, please open a support request, and attach the logo image file to the ticket.
