How can I change the logo that is displayed at the top of all the pages in my CERVIS account?
Answer:
To update the logo for your organization or have it completely removed from your system, please contact our Customer Support team and they will promptly update it for you. If you want a new logo posted, please include the new logo in your request. For instructions on how to submit a support request, see the knowledge base article HERE.
To remove the logo from your system, we recommend selecting “Yes” from the dropdown next to “Hide Logos on iframe Integrated Pages” under “System Appearance” in your System Configuration. This will retain your logo in emails that you send out along with on the standalone CERVIS pages, but it will remove the logo from your embedded pages.
