To send an email to the entire volunteer database (excluding volunteers marked as "Inactive"), follow the steps below:
- Login to your CERVIS account.
- Click on the "Search/Manage Volunteer Database" link under the "Volunteer Management" section of the Main Dashboard.
- Leave the search field blank and click on the "Search Volunteer Database" button. This will display a listing of all volunteers in your database.
- Click the checkbox in the header row of the returned results to select all the returned results, which in this case, is your entire database.
- Click the "Send E-mail" button.
- Select the options you desire and fill out the email subject and body.
- Click the "Send E-mail" button.
- Click the "OK" button to confirm your E-mail message.
To send an email to a specific subset of volunteers in your database (excluding volunteers marked as "Inactive"), follow the steps below:
- Login to your CERVIS account.
- Click on the "Advanced Volunteer Search" link under the "Volunteer Management" section of the Main Dashboard.
- Specify the criteria that you are looking for and click on the "Search Volunteer Database" button. This will display a listing of all volunteers that match your search criteria.
- Click the checkbox in the header row of the returned results to select all the returned results.
- Click the "Send E-mail" button.
