Is there a way to have CERVIS automatically send out a registration confirmation email when a volunteer registers for an event or service project?
Answer:
CERVIS automatically sends out a registration confirmation email when a volunteer registers themselves or a member of their profile for an Event. The only time that a manual registration confirmation email needs to be sent is when a CERVIS user with Administrator, Leadership Team, Group Leader, or Event Leader access level, completes the registration on behalf of the volunteer.
