View/Print Summary Report for Multiple Opportunities

If you have several events happening all on one day or as part of a week-long event, you can print the Summary Report which will include certain opportunity and volunteer information about all of them in one convenient printout. This report includes volunteer T-shirt sizes, ages, number of registrations, attributes, registration source, and participation history.

Follow these steps to view or print summary reports for multiple events:

1. From the CERVIS Main Dashboard, select "Search / Manage Existing Opportunities" under the Opportunity Management heading.
2. Search for and select the event(s) that you want to view a summary report for (use the check boxes to select individual events or the check box in the heading to select all displayed events).
3. Using the drop down menu at the bottom the page, select "Print Summary Report (Word)" for a Word Document, or "Print Summary Report (PDF)" for a PDF document and then click the button to the left with the same name.
