These tools allow you to quickly customize, save, and reload content you use regularly throughout the platform. Once set up, your go-to content is accessible by all permitted users, making these everyday tasks faster, consistent, and more efficient.
These are available in various areas in your system, including:
- Composing email messages

- Building opportunity descriptions
- Setting opportunity locations
- Other customizable fields in the Advanced Options when creating/editing an opportunity

To Use These Icons:
Hover over the icon to preview its specific function. Click your preferred icon to open the specified menu and proceed with taking the desired action. Customize, Save, Load, or Delete your content as needed.

Save Field Content: Assign a name for the current content of this field and save it for future use |

Meeting Location Address within Add/Update Opportunity:
| Save Location: Assign a name for the current location name and address to save for future use |
| Load Location: Pick from a list of previously saved locations to load into the current field - Note that when you use this function, it will replace any content you currently have in the field with the selected location |
| Delete Location: Select a named option from a list of previously saved locations to remove from the system |
Compose & Send Email Message:
| Save Draft: Click to save the message as a draft for later use. By default, drafts are saved automatically every 30 seconds, but using this icon will manually save immediately |
| Save Template: Assign a name for the current content in the email message field to save as a template for future use |
| Load Template: Select a named option from a list of previously saved email templates to load into the current message. -Note that when you use this function, it will replace any content you currently have in the field with the selected template |
| Replace Template: Pick from a list of named email templates to be replaced with the contents of the current email message |
| Delete Template: Select a named template from a list of previously saved email templates to be removed from the system |
