By default your system is enabled to track and manage volunteer hours. If you need to edit the setting for volunteer service hour tracking in your console, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your CERVIS account.
- Click on the Edit System Configuration link under the "System Management" section of the Main Dashboard. Please note that this option will only be available to CERVIS users with the Administrator access level.
- Scroll down to the Opportunity Management Settings section of the System Configuration and click to expand it.
- Update the Track / Manage Volunteer Service Hours field to 'Yes' or 'No'. Please note that this option may not be available depending on your purchased CERVIS edition.
- Click the Update Configuration button to save your edits.
Please note that you must track volunteer service hours in order to generate any reports that list the total number of service hours for a specific person, Group, Interest Category, event, or time period.
