The System Appearance section of the System Configuration allows you to determine much of the way that the system looks to your volunteers. This is where you can choose the colors for your console as well as the system-wide font, form styles, and more. See below for more details about each of the options in this section.
- Organization Logo: The logo shown here will appear at the top of all of the pages in CERVIS. If you need to change the logo in your console, please contact CERVIS Customer Support as described in the knowledge base article linked HERE.
- E-mail Template Header Logo: The logo shown here will be displayed at the top of all of your email messages. By default, this will be the same as your organization logo, but you can contact CERVIS Customer Support to change it by following the steps in the knowledge base article linked HERE.
- PDF Activity Summary Header Logo: The logo shown here will be displayed at the top of your Volunteer Activity Summaries that can be printed by you or the volunteer. Please contact CERVIS Customer Support if you’d like to add or change this logo by following the steps in the knowledge base article linked HERE.
- Hide Logos on iFrame Integrated Pages: Select whether or not you would like to hide the logos from pages that have been integrated into your website. This allows you to avoid having duplicate logos on pages integrated into your webpage, but still allows the logo to display when being viewed in stand-alone mode.
- Display Qualys SECURETM Trustmark: CERVIS is evaluated by Qualys, a world-wide leader in internet security, on a daily basis to ensure that CERVIS customers and their volunteers are safe from internet threats and that their information is secure and private while using CERVIS. This option allows you to display the Qualys SECURETM Trustmark on your CERVIS login pages. This Trustmark is designed to provide peace of mind to your volunteers, by letting them know that the information they enter into CERVIS will remain private and secure.
- Display Social Media Integration Options: Select whether or not you would like to allow volunteers to be able to directly share information about posted events via social media channels (specifically Facebook and Twitter).
