Volunteers will be creating their own profiles the majority of the time, but you will likely want to create profiles for your staff members so they can log in with special access.
There are 5 different access levels that you can give to a user in CERVIS. Anytime a user creates their own profile, they will have Volunteer access because it is the default access level. You can choose to give a user a higher level of access after they’ve created their profile or if you create a profile for them from the administrative side of CERVIS. The other four access levels that you could give to a user are outlined in the article linked HERE.
To create a profile for your staff members or any users in your system from the administrative side, follow the steps in the article linked HERE.
