Found on your Opportunity Management Dashboard page, the Opportunity Status indicators are a part of the default display on the Opportunity Search Result Listing. These make it easy to identify the overall opportunity status and publication status for each opportunity with a quick glance. The left half of the indicator shows the Opportunity Status and the right half shows the Published Online Status with colors that match the default colors for how or if the opportunity is being displayed.
Below is a listing of what each Opportunity Status looks like and means:
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. The opportunity is being published online and is available for online registration
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. However, the opportunity is NOT being published online because the ‘Publish Online’ field is set to ‘No’. The opportunity is ONLY available for online registration with the use of a Registration and/or Reservation Code.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. However, the opportunity is NOT being published online publicly because of the Visibility Restriction applied to the opportunity. The opportunity is ONLY available for online registration for qualified after the login to the system.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. However, the opportunity is NOT being published online because the ‘Publish Online’ field is set to ‘Sign-in Console Only’. The opportunity is ONLY available for registration using the Sign-in Console/Kiosk.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. The opportunity is being published online with the status of ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Coming Soon’. The opportunity is NOT available for online registration.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. However, the opportunity is being published online with the status of ‘Coming Soon’ because the scheduled posting date for the opportunity is set for a date in the future. The opportunity is NOT available for online registration.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Open’. The opportunity is being published online with the status of ‘Canceled’ or ‘Closed’. The opportunity is NOT available for online registration.
The status of the opportunity is ‘Closed’. The opportunity is NOT being published online nor is it available for online registration.
To change or edit the status of an opportunity, use the Update / Edit Opportunity () link and scroll to the Opportunity Status and Publish Online Status fields.
