Advanced Opportunity Search

To conduct a detailed search of your opportunity database using the advanced search options, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your CERVIS account.
2. Click on the Search / Manage Existing Opportunities link under the Opportunity Management section of the Main Dashboard.
3. Click on the Advanced Search radio button found on the left side of the Opportunity Management Dashboard.
4. Specify the criteria that you are looking for and click on the Search Opportunity Database button. This will display a listing of all opportunities that match your search criteria.

The available options using the Advanced Opportunity Search are listed below. You can search based on just one item or combine any of the options available to create very specific searches. Available options are:

1. Search for opportunities with this in the opportunity name:
2. Search for opportunities with this keyword:
3. Search for opportunities [ with / without ] this tag:
4. Search for opportunities by location keyword:
5. Search for opportunities by location within [ 5- 500 miles ] of Zip Code
6. Search for opportunities in this category:
   • Include sub-categories in search results

7. Search for opportunities of this type:

• Normal Event
• Time Slot Event
• Service Project
• Quick Event

8. Search for opportunities with this status:

Open (selected by default, but can be manually unselected)

Closed (selected by default, but can be manually unselected)

Archived

Requested

Imported

9. Search for opportunities with this "Publish Online" status:

• No
• Yes - Open
• Yes - Closed
• Yes - Canceled
• Yes - Coming Soon
• Yes - Contact Us
• Sign-in Console Only

10. Search for opportunities with this "pinned" status:

• Yes
• No

11. Search for opportunities with this organizer:

12. Search for opportunities between these dates:[ Start Date / End Date ]
