This would be helpful to us as well! Is there a prompt to accept the revised Terms & Conditions when they either log into their CERVIS profile are attempt to register for an event?

Hey Sarah, this is what they sent me when I emailed tech support. It resolved our situation. Hope it works for you!
You can require all of your volunteers to update/verify their profile information (including accepting your new terms and conditions) the next time they sign into the system by following the steps here: https://support.cervistech.
