I have tried multiple times to add t-shirt size and birthdate to the QuickReg form but, it is not showing up when I look at the event registration page. Why are those fields not showing up?
Answer:
When using the QuickReg feature to register for an Event, any information requested beyond Name, Phone, E-mail, and Terms & Conditions will be displayed on a second screen after the volunteer has input the previous information.
This allows existing volunteers to have an expedited process without entering the same information repetitively and new volunteers to enter additional information after the break.
