Group Sign In at Kiosk
CompletedIt would be awesome if when a group leader (or another indicator) signed in on the kiosk that it would ask how many people are in the group at sign in.
Use Case: We have a few day service groups that bring people with intellectual or physical disability to volunteer in our center for a short amount of time, several times a week. Due to privacy law they can't really release the names and such of the clients to us for record keeping, so they are one of the few groups that we just track hours of and not who was actually there. So if the leader could sign in at the kiosk and indicate how many people and it was automatically tracked in CERVIS that would be a huge timesaver for us.

Hi Garrett,
The system has always functioned in exactly this manner when you register a group for an opportunity. When a group is registered for an opportunity and the group leader signs in for that opportunity via the sign-in kiosk, the kiosk will prompt the group leader to indicate how many group participants are being signed in for the opportunity.
Warm Regards,
