No login to use Sign In Console.

It would be amazing if we did not have to have a cervis login to launch the sign-in console. 

Like if it would just be bookmarked on a computer/tablet and be opened that way.

  This functionality has been available in CERVIS for many years.  Just open a ticket with our support team and they can get you all set up.
