More search functions around Awards

We have recently started using Awards to track our recognition tiers (ie: nametag at 50 hours, shirt at 100, etc) but have found the search functions around it in Advanced Volunteer Search lacking. We would like to be able to filter out folks who already have a specific reward from folks who have passed the hour milestone but don't have it. Right now, the search can only identify people who have been given the Award.

We are not comfortable making Awards automatic as sometimes we don't have stock and items aren't ready to hand out. We assign Awards manually.
