Setting for Cut-Off to Waitlist

We'd love it if there was a setting that could change the cut-off date for when a cancelled event registration will call up the first person on the waitlist. Ideally, we'd want to change the cut-off date from one day to five days so that if anyone cancels their registration within five days of the event, we call on one of our reserves instead of moving someone up on the waitlist.
