Automatic Birthday Emails

I would love a feature to automatically send birthday emails to volunteers. We collect their birthdate anyways, so I can't imagine it would be too difficult. I've heard of other organizations using an automated system to send birthday cards and I would love to add that into our recognition and appreciation strategy.
