Completed Volunteer Follow-Up Search

We would love to have the ability to quickly and easily search completed Volunteer Follow-Ups. 

We use our follow-ups primarily for Volunteer Group requests and currently there is not a good way to search completed follow-ups. I know that completed follow ups are saved in the Notes section of the volunteer profile but trying to search the notes for specific information is cumbersome.

Would it be possible to have a concise search for completed follow-ups or even a report that can be exported that has the questions and answers of a follow-up that would be easily sortable and searchable within a date range.
