Reporting Cancelation Frequency

We're having a bit of a problem with volunteers canceling their registration very frequently. We'd love to be able to pull a report on the percentage of volunteers who cancel their registration for any given event - and even better we'd like to see the volunteer notes about cancelation to understand the common reasons. Is this possible in CERIS? I'm sure that information must be stored somewhere but I don't know how to access it. Any tips?
