Waitlist for On-going events

In our program we have a handful of on-going events for which we have a selected number of volunteers to sign up for each year.

However it would be great to have a waitlist for this event so that we can contact the interested volunteers at the beginning of the next season.

This would give us a head start to be able to have a handful of volunteers at the ready so we can host one orientation for the group instead of having multiple orientations after a new volunteer signs up.
