Preferred volunteer names

Please add a System Settings option that allows you to utilize volunteers' preferred names/nicknames, rather than their given first name.

For example: if I have a volunteer that is named Alexandra Smith but prefers to go by Alex, having this system setting would have a registration confirmation email address her as "Alex," as well as have "Alex" appear when I print the sign-in sheet and/or volunteer name tags.
