We rely on CERVIS quite heavily for our volunteer management and so it's not uncommon for me to be working on an email and to then have to pop open another tab to look something up for someone. When that happens, I often finish writing the email and click send, only for the email to not be sent due to a session error.
This wouldn't be too much of a problem if the system saved a draft of that email or provided me with some way to access what I've written. Instead, I have to re-write the email from scratch, and it takes up a chunk of time.
Is there any way for the system to prevent this from happening?
