Is it possible to create a custom question where the volunteer can select multiple answer options? For example: What coaching opportunity are you interested in? (Then be able to choose multiple leagues).

Yes, you can create custom questions where volunteer can select multiple answer options, but I'm not sure it's possible using the custom questions. I wonder if it could be a good use of an attribute - reassign the skill, language or availability attributes into a multiple checklist option of what someone's interested in? Otherwise I don't think you can do this in the opportunity specific questions either.
This might be a nice option for a future update - give us the option to make custom questions a drop down menu or a radio button option that allows folks to select multiple options.

Thanks, Heather! That is a good Idea. I am going to play around and see if we can get something that might work. We really need it to be opportunity specific, but hoping CERVIS may add it to a future update. :)

Maybe you could add a custom question in your specific opportunity, and reference a list or linked list of the teams people are interested in playing with in the opportunity description - so they'll see the list in the description when considering the role, and when they go to sign up, will already have that list when it's time to fill out the custom question?
