Would it be possible to have Alternate Emails be an option during profile creation similar to how there is an alternate phone option. When sending out emails you could choose to send to alternate or primary emails.
We frequently have people submit group requests for their business using a work email but then register using their personal email and creating a new profile which we then merge. If we could have both emails saved in their profile it would make tracking those individuals and correspondences with them much easier.

I agree. A lot of our teen volunteers sign up with their student emails but then don't receive our follow-up communications. An alternate field for their personal email would be very helpful.
