User Activity Alert

At times, it would be convenient to be able to set an alert for a volunteer signing up for a shift.

For example, if a volunteer has been absent for sometime and signs up, we still want them to be active but a member of my team may want to check in and provide a refresher training or just touch base.

Being able to get an alert by email of specific individual volunteer activity within the database would be ideal, different than monitoring the specific event for sign ups. We monitor so many people, it can be hard to keep track this way.

  Yes, we've discussed that in our organization too. If it's possible to enable alerts for participation, or once a volunteer surpasses a certain number of hours worked with us.
