Advanced Volunteer Search - Participation

When using the advanced volunteer search, it would be extremely helpful to be able to search for a range of participation hours. Currently you can search for "more than" OR "less than" X number of hours or event registrations. For our purposes, it would be awesome if we could search for volunteers with "between" x number of hours. Is this at all possible?? Anyone have any ideas??
