Tulsa City-County Library Follow-up Management Pop-Up Window - Volunteer Profile Details

Hello - when in the Library Follow-Up Management screen I click on "Volunteer Profile Details" (the eye icon) to view my volunteer information.

When the Volunteer Profile Details window opens, it is always low in the corner, revealing only 20% of the pop-up box.

I have tried adjusting all scroll bars and setting graphics differently... how can I perform a reorientation on the "Volunteer Profile Details" pop-up box so that it opens readably in the middle of the screen?
