Our agency has seven staff members who manage volunteers and use CERVIS under the Leadership Team access level. Programs use specific postings to match volunteers with clients and therefore have a high volume of events to manage. As cases close, staff close events, but wish to have a way to archive them, so they do not appear in keyword searches, cluttering the results field. Is this possible?

I would like to know this as well! I would like to archive 55 events from 2018 so I don't have to scroll through them when I "Search Event Database".

Being able to archive past/closed events would be great and beneficial. It would save a lot of time not having to scroll through all the events. I do realize that you can use the advanced search options to find specific events or even just the open events. However, that is just extra steps that have to be done to get the same result as an event automatically going into an archived folder.
