Analytics Tracking in E-mails

We send our monthly email newsletter through CERVIS and have no way of tracking who is reading it or unsubscribing or clicking through on any of the articles. Is it possible to have that feature added?

  Hi Sara,

  How were you able to send newsletter through service? I know it can be sent in a link, but can it be sent in the body of the email? Every time I try to load as an image it is blurry and off center. Thanks!

  We send our newsletter through CERVIS as well - though it's linked or attached, not embedded in the email.

  I appreciate some of the basic metrics available through reporting to get email analytics. One addition that I would find helpful (as I go through and manually add this information) is when you export the data, it would be great if the system could include a column with number of attachments. There's a column for attachment opens, but if I want to assess if the attachments we're including are being opened at all, knowing if an email even had them included would be so great.
