Group Sign Up Form Custom Fields

We would like the ability to add custom fields, such as, zip code to the form.  Then have the ability to run a report so we can find out what corporate groups are located in certain zip codes so we can reach out to our Corporate partners for volunteer opportunities in their area.

  I would also like to create custom fields AND apply attributes to groups as i can to volunteers (Skills, resources, availability). We use the availability for volunteers who have a regular schedule with us year round. This way we can search for all Monday @ 2PM and bulk register them for events. We have a large number of groups that also do this, but I cannot add this information in.
