    Hello Nancy,

    Thanks for your suggestion.  The reason that the system does not automatically add the primary or alternate group leader to the group itself, is because many organizations use internal staff for managing groups.  So the staff member assigned to the group is not actually part of the group, just the person responsible for coordination with the group.  As such, we don't have any plans for including this type of functionality into the system, but we can definitely take a closer look and see if there might by any way that we can make it easier to manually add the leaders to the group after creating it.
