Assign Follow-Ups from Volunteer Search in Bulk

Hello! 

When running a volunteer search it would be really helpful to be able to assign a follow-up from the drop down list of ‘Volunteer Management Bulk Action’ for either the whole list or select individuals. Sometimes I need to follow-up with a group of seemingly random volunteers or even with specific tags and have to do it individually.
