More Admin Permissions to Register/Change Reservations

I feel that if these changes were made, it would streamline processes for admin:

1. Override shift capacity to register an individual/group: Sometimes a shift is full, but I still want to add an individual or group. It would be great if there were the option for admin to "override" capacity and add those participants from the registration page rather than going back and forth between updating shift capacity and registering individuals.

2. Changing reservation numbers: Currently once a reservation is set, you can only change the number one at a time. Between each adjustment the page refreshes. This is particularly inconvenient when making adjustments from the opportunity page rather than the reservation management page.

3. Changing group reservation number: Currently a group number can only be changed from the opportunity page (not from the group's page). It'd be nice to be able to change their number from the group page in cases when they need to change their number for multiple shifts.
