For our organization, we have ~170 different Time Slots (Across ~40 events), all within 1 week.
We find it difficult to see the big picture and spot issues with all the various time slot events. To address this, we've written our own script to take an export of the events from CERVIS, and visualize it as a timeline (using vis-timeline).
I know we found this incredibly useful for our organization, and I think other organizations would also benefit from having more granular options available in the calendar view.

(For example, this helped us notice that the end of one of our cashier shifts was scheduled for 1PM, not the intended 1AM)
