I really need to be able to pull a high-level report that has the following fields: Name of Opportunity, Date, Location, Address, total # of Vols, total # of Hours. I need it to pull single-time events as well as each reported instance of volunteering under a Service Project. Currently the full report is too much data (I don't need each individual volunteer's name) and the Low level is not enough data (it misses the location address and combines Service Projects into one lump sum instead of showing each date. I need the dates reported for Service Projects broken out).
For example it might look like:
- Fourth of July Event - 7/4/24 - Park Name- Park Address- # number of Vols - # of hours
- Adopt-A-Trail at Crabtree Creek Trail- 7/1/24 - Crabtree Creek Trail - Address - # of Vols - # of hours
- Adopt-A-Trail at Crabtree Creek Trail- 7/6/24 - Crabtree Creek Trail - Address - # of Vols - # of hours
- In this example The Fourth of July is a single time event and the Adopt-A-Trail is a Service Project where volunteers log their own hours by date.
