Black out Dates for Federal Holidays

Hello!

It would be great to have a way to set black out dates at the beginning of each year (or fiscal year) that would automatically skip when creating repeating time slots. Currently, there is no way to "close all events" for holidays, such as the 4th of July. 

It is very tedious to search the calendar view or remember to remove every holiday from every event for 30+ locations every time I make a repeating time slot for regular programs.
