Can we have the ability to create personalized subject lines for mass emails by using variables like ##Fname##?
An example of this would be in the subject line of an email: ##fname## you are scheduled to volunteer next week
The recipient would see: John you are scheduled to volunteer next week
Personalized subject lines get better responses and having a tool to personalize the subject for mass emails would be very helpful especially when sending call-to-action emails.
