Event Report that shows both filled slots and total slots for events

It would be beneficial to have an option in the event/project participation reports that displays the number of registered participants alongside the total available slots for each event and timeslot. This would enable us to promptly assess the occupancy of each volunteer session, allowing us to see where we need to focus our recruitment efforts in the future.

  Hi Andrew,

  This report already exists in the system and has been available for several years.  You can access it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your CERVIS Account.
  2. Click on the "Search / Manage Existing Opportunities" link under the "Opportunity Management" section of the Main Dashboard
  3. Select your desired opportunities in the Opportunity Management Dashboard.
  4. Select the "Print Registration Summary" option from the selection box located above the opportunity listing
  5. Click the "Print Registration Summary" button to generate the report

  So that is kind of what I wanted. I want to be able to see the slots filled versus the total slots. However, in the Print Registration Summary, you only have the option to do either one day or every time slot for the selected opportunities. I would like to be able to set specific date ranges for that information and get average attendance and percentage slots filled within those ranges without having to do a lot of manipulation in Excel before I can get those figures.
