The feature request is: Will you consider giving the option to auto-assign a follow-up based on Checklist date criteria? Secondary, it would be great to assign the follow up to specific leadership team members.
Reason:
I have some private checklist items that only affect a few volunteers. When that checklist item comes due, I need to manually adjust some things in the profile. I know I can run a saved search for these few "overdue" volunteers. As it is only a few and only at individual milestones, this isn't very efficient because the saved search needs to be checked "everyday" for a handful of people. Auto-assigning a follow-up would be more helpful.
P.S. If you are wondering, volunteers under 14 require parental supervision. I want to use a checklist item attached to an award, to notify volunteers of their new independence and expanded permissions once they turn 14. I can do this with a combo of searches and checklists, but it would be a nice feature to be able to assign follow ups automatically.

While I'm still new to the system, I think that this would be a fantastic feature! For instance, if we could check it off that a checklist item auto-dumps into Follow Up when it expires, it would work really well for how we use background checks (without the integration). I can see that the other option would be to set up a monthly search, which is also fine, but I would love some automations to improve efficiency!
