Send notification to volunteer when signing up for shifts that occur at the same time

I think it would be great if there was some type of notification sent to volunteers and admins to notify them when they have signed up for a shift that is either overlapping or happening at the same time as a shift they have already signed up for. This would prevent scheduling confusion on both the user and admin side.
