Project import capabilities

It would be great to be able to do this like we can for volunteers, since we use another system for neighborhood project requests. I would love to be able to export data from there, re-order it however necessary, and see it go automatically into CERVIS, versus having to spend 20-40 hours putting it all in by hand. The standard service application available now does not allow us to capture all of the project info we need when neighbors submit requests.
