We love the new Reservation Contact feature and are definitely going to start using it immediately. There are two small tweaks that would make the feature much more usable for us, though.
1. Add the ability to create volunteer profiles within that feature (as you have done by adding the little blue profile icon to the Register Volunteer/Groups page under event management)
2. Allow us to edit the automatic email that's created when you click the send reservation code email icon. We have a whole confirmation email worth of information we'd like to include in the email that goes out to the group contact along with their reservation code information.

Thanks for the great suggestions. We will definitely be adding the ability to create profiles directly from the reservation management screen, so look for that functionality to be arriving shortly.
We currently do not have any plans to allow for customizing the reservation code email, but from your description it sounds like you should be able to use the existing email template functionality within the system to meet your needs.
