We would love to have the ability to add additional custom fields, especially those that allow for a text box. We do not have any custom fields left and would like to have new volunteers indicate how they learned about LCAC. Some of the fields we have changed over time which ends up causing problems for us for those volunteers who created a profile when the field asked for something different. Does not seem to be a way to search on the 'old' field once the 'new' field has been created.
We would also like to be able to search on every custom field. Currently we ask what school a student attends but have not determined how to search students from a specific school.

Hello Kathy,
The custom field that you are using to ask what school a student attends is one of the special secure data fields within the system. Because of how the information is double encrypted within the database for secure data fields, it is not possible to search based on these fields.
