Please configure the system to allow me to run quarterly reports showing only the hours that were recorded (versus completed) during a given time period. My quarterly reporting task is complicated by the fact that I don't have the ability to run a report in CERVIS based on hours entered into the system during a given period of time.

Could you please provide some additional details of what you are referring to when you say recorded vs completed hours. Also, most of the reports under "Report Management" are configurable for a specif date range at the top of the page...is there something specific that you are looking for in this regards?

I do not know what Christine was referring to but one thing that is frustrating is when a volunteer registers for a future event the hours are shown in the volunteer’s profile as well as reports even though the event has not yet occurred and there is the possibility the volunteer will not show. It would be nice if hours do not appear until after the event has occurred. I have had occasions when volunteers have needed verification of hours and I have had to remove those hours in the pdf or excel file for an upcoming event. I know the date range could be changed for the report but the hours also how when viewing the profile and there is no date range in the profile.
