Allow for Time Delay (future delivery) Emails

There are certain notices that I email to a bulk of my volunteers up to 3 times over a 3-5 week period.  Each notice is an exact duplicate of the original email. The "Save Draft" function is very helpful to this process, but it would b great to be able to go ahead and schedule the follow-up notice emails for future delivery at the same time I create the original.
