Background Check Date Field

In the world of risk management when dealing with volunteers and vulnerable sectors, it is increasingly important to make sure police/background checks are up-to-date. Adding a date field under the Background Check field would be a tremendous asset to organizations who value tracking this.

Additionally, providing the length of time since the police check (just like displaying someone's age beside their birth date) would allow for an easy way to see just how long it's been since a volunteer's background check has been conducted.

Further, it could be very helpful to be able to add an advanced search to find volunteers whose background check is older than x # of years.
